Long time no chat! OYE VYE we caught the covid! My mother in law was NOT aware on Christmas day that she was positive and sick. She was the only one to visit our home too. That Tuesday she felt sick and got tested and had covid. Needless to say New years Day I felt crappy and had it too. Boy it runs you down! aches like never before, cough, extreme tiredness and dizziness Joe started with symptoms 3 days after me. but we are recovering. He is working even though he works outside he is bundled up and taking breaks. No work is no pay and we need to live.
Thankfully our Avery is well and did NOT catch it! We Lysol’d and stayed away as best we can but hard to do when you have an 8yr old on zoom school due to covid cases in jersey. But feeling more and more human as the days go on. I didn’t eat for 4 days lost about 7 pounds but when my appetite came back boy it came back! I wanted cereal and noodles and all things bad BUT I ate them! I wanted to feel better not worry about carbs. Now that I am on the mend I will slowly start back up but still taking it easy and day by day.

So that’ll you are both back on the mend. It is a terrible knock in the dirt when it hits you. I know when it hit me, i just knew i was taking a dirt nap for sure. Thank Gawd i had already quit smoking! Lol.
