I have this amazing beef stew that I make using Campbell’s slow cooker sauces. They are so versatile and so very good! You can switch up the vegetables as well as the potatoes. I used Sweet potatoes, and radishes!! Ironically the radishes cook down and the texture is very similar to potatoes. This is a great belly warming stew for the upcoming winter months AND it freezes well!!

I also made a batch of my seltzer biscuits for dipping!! These in the “non low carb” world are known as 7up biscuits! But I made them low carb by using Carbquik and seltzer water instead of soda! They come out so very good and you can add some shredded cheddar for a very yummy almost red lobster biscuit!

I also added barley to this batch! I have been lifting more and working on my workout so it is important to me to add good carbs here and there. Let me tell you how good it was with the barley too!! I only added a cup too.

The easy recipe is below let me know if you try it! how you tweak it and if you like it!!!
