So I fasted today until lunch and decided to have the leftover Jersey Tomato with some swiss and tuna! It was so easy and it was so filling I also sometimes add a boiled egg to my tuna but this time I didn’t. A good drizzle of Italian salad dressing always does the trick too!


Sometimes I just eat the tuna with the cheese and if you haven’t had tuna with swiss cheese you have to try it! I also topped this with some fresh picked lettuce! this was especially filling after my 5 mile walk/jog this morning! Also just 12pm and I have my 80-oz of water down!!! Short post today but sometimes the small things are those that matter!
