IS IT OK to have a LAZY DAY? YES!!!

I try NOT to miss a day of workout weights or walking or jogging I know your body has to recover and muscle have to rest but I truly LIKE to walk and jog now and I am so happy at how strong I am now BUT… Some days when I do take that break I do feel lazy and disappointed. Should I take a quick walk around the block, but i truly don’t feel like it maybe I will go double hard tomorrow? BUT you know what? … THAT IS OK! we all deserve a rest and a lazy day!

Most days you are non stop cleaning, working out in the morning, making lunch and breakfast for the kiddo, making sure everything is packed before getting to the school parking lot, making sure hair and teeth is brushed before we are in the car to head to school, groceries, dance class, oh wait is there laundry in the dryer? SO those days where you kick back and binge watch a show is 100 percent needed and deserved! Remember to enjoy your YOU time and enjoy the time and games with each other and family! Play the games and be silly!

Remember you cannot be your best for others if you are NOT your best for YOU! enjoy it and treasure it!
