I had some NuTrail granola and though…self this would be amazing as French toast! So I got to cooking. We only eat old Tyme Schmidt 647 bread so I already had the bread on hand. I ground the granola a little in a small food processor and mixed in some cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg! mixed well. Crack an egg and dip the bread in egg then pressed firmly a few times into the granola!


I then heated up some butter in a pan medium heat because I did not want the granola to burn. Cooked a few minutes a side and topped with some sugar free syrup! and DELISH! this was amazing and an absolute keeper. Below is a quick video on how to make this!
