Wake up motivated?? NOPE…

Must have tea time first

Do you wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed? Do you like to chat in the morning? I sure don’t!!! lol I stopped drinking coffee almost a year ago I now have Green tea!! I have one cup with a green tea bag and a probiotic tea bag. Then my second I switch it up; sometimes a matcha sometimes a ginger with mint depends on my mood. I do not want to be bothered in the morning. I am up by 6am most days… today it was 5:30am; I like my tea and my browse Facebook and the internet time.. then we can have our morning “number two” if you know what I mean LOL….And then we can start our day!

Typically I then start a workout weather it be weights or an hour walk/jog around the neighborhood. What are your morning routines? I prefer getting up early and having an hour of me/mom time then get in the groove of my day. So I will now sit here finishing the last few sips of my amazing tea then head off to change and get outside for a refreshing walk! remember it doesn’t have to be long, or hard, or heavy weights. what matters is you are doing SOMETHING! and I bet you will feel amazing and accomplished after! Oh and today 7-19-21 we will also be headed to hike a new park! so I should get double time cardio in!!! and of course some amazing pics of our nature hike!
