What got you moving today?

Even though it is a Sunday we are getting our weights in! Exactly one year ago today June 13, 2020 I said I would workout more…who am I kidding? I said I would workout! before then I legit did NOTHING. My husband and daughter are very fit and active and me?…nope I liked to stay in and cook. But now I am toned, I feel stronger, I have muscles! I can do 20 YES 20 normal non girly pushups!!! Still working on that one pull up I still cannot do but I will get there!

Remember inches matter! Not much of a weight difference here either, just around 10 pounds BUT muscle is more dense than fat, so I went from a size 10 back to my size 6!!! Learning and accepting the difference in body and weight once I started gaining muscle was and still is hard to grasp some days BUT the pics and how I feel keep me going. Today my mini me joined me!!! She did some weights too and push ups and practiced her acro moves. Get a buddy if you need one! we all can do it! and we all cheer each other on!
