This is a one pan low carb comfort meal. It was so easy and filling! made with Al Dente Pasta Co low carb Fusilli pasta. Their pasta is amazing! This is a filling, warm hug type of meal without all of the guilt!

The bag says to cook for 5 minutes but I found that was not long enough, a good 7 to 8 minutes left a perfect Al Dente texture. Simmering cooked chicken, some fresh veggies, a little bit of broth and heavy cream throw in some shredded cheddar cheese and pam! a great meal!

Once everything is well mixed and incorporated we have a family comfort meal that even the kids will enjoy! recipe listed below. Feel free to comment and let me know what you think. Feel free to add or change your veggie options too get creative!
