Did I always workout? Did I do sports growing up? Could I run to the corner of my block and back? NOPE to all of the above. Never worked out let alone ran; but doing more and more weight lifting, walking, bike riding and YES even running! I can run for 10 minutes straight on the treadmill!!! I seriously couldn’t run for 2mins 100 days ago. Am I losing a lot of weight. NOPE again…but muscle and fat weigh the same it’s just that the muscle is more dense so it lays on your body differently making progress pictures super rewarding!

The small changes matter. I no longer get annoyed by the scale and do NOT weigh in as much. Learning that muscle makes a difference has been so rewarding. No matter what kind of movement make sure you are moving! walk, jumping jacks, crunches, jump rope, anything is better than nothing.

Only lost about 8 pounds but as I said the pics and toning and how strong I am is amazing! I can curl 30pounds, I can do incline fly’s with 25pounds, I do donkey kicks with a 20pound weight behind my knee!!! I can do calf raises with 45pounds in each hand!!!! I Couldn’t even lift 45pounds! be strong, be brave never give up and most importantly which I admit is still sometimes hard. BELIEVE IN YOURSELF!
