Pee Squats

OK Guys I have been slacking on the working out so today I will ride my stationary bike when I get home from work! Also do some of my weights! AND who remembers what I call Pee Squats!!?!?!?!?! Every time you go to the bathroom do your business then do as many squats as you can!!!! then wash those hands and back to work. 

Doing this throughout the day keeps your metabolism going! and makes it a little easier to fit a “workout” in! every little bit of movement helps!!!!
