As we all know while on this WOE (way of eating) it is important to drink your water as well as replenish those electrolytes! This can be done by drinking sports drinks! sugar free of course. my go to is powerade zero!!! the blue is my favorite! You can also add pink salt to your water! Be sure to get checked by your primary care doctor to ensure everything is going as it should!
