HI GUYS!!

I love low carb cooking!

I currently live in New Jersey and work full time. I am also married and we have a daughter named Avery. You will see her on the videos! She loves to help me cook!

My heaviest was 171.6lbs!! 40+ lbs shed and I feel amazing!

I like to keep it easy, fun and simple! Low carb living does NOT have to be hard or expensive and I am here to help show you easy and yummy recipes.
